Refund Return Policy

Return Request Duration:
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery for a full refund.
  • After the 7-day period, refer to our FAQs and Warranty section for further assistance.
Return Process:
  • You will need to provide your official email address and bank account details when initiating a return.
  • Upon receiving the account details, we will confirm the initiation of the refund.
  • The refund will be processed within 5 working days.

 

Return Costs:

Returns are subject to return courier charges, which will be billed as actual costs.

Required Documentation for Returns:

Please keep a copy of the invoice ready. The receipt must be submitted to the pick-up agent to initiate the return.

Incorrect Refund Amount:

For discrepancies in refund amounts, contact us with a copy of your invoice.

Trial Period Returns:
  • If the mattress is returned within the 7-day grace period without damage, staining, or tearing, you will receive a full refund.
  • Returns are not accepted after the trial period, except under warranty claim guidelines.
Return Process Duration:
  • We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving a return request to complete the process.
  • Pickup arrangements will be made thereafter. Once the return pickup is confirmed, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 days, depending on your payment method.
 Cash on Delivery Refunds:

Refunds for Cash on Delivery payments will be made to your bank account. Please provide your bank details via our Contact Us page. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

 

Inactive Card Refunds:

If your card is inactive, provide your bank account details via our Contact Us page. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days to your bank account.

 Returned Mattress Handling:

Returned mattresses are not resold. They are either disposed of or donated. All customers receive brand-new mattresses.
